As the Campaign Manager, you will be working alongside a market-leading defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
Due to the nature of the work you will be involved in, you will be required to obtain UK SC clearance in this role.
What you will be involved in:
- Facilitating the bid process, ensuring professional bid documents are prepared in line with company policies and standards and customer requirements.
- Manage the design and development of bids, including liaising with customers and partners and negotiating with existing suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate and liaise with operational teams to identify, design and develop solutions that are commercially and operationally viable and meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Manage the input to bids, writing or reviewing material as appropriate, ensuring that it is fully compliant with company policies, procedures, standards and approvals procedures.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including advisers, partners and subcontractors, to ensure that all needs and requirements relating to the bid are taken into account.
- Facilitate the cost and pricing modelling to ensure that it meets requirements and deadlines.
- Manage, in liaison with key stakeholders, the build-up of the bid budget, and the size of the bid team to enable the bid to be prepared/delivered.
- Review the output of financial modelling to ensure that risks are identified, assessed and managed within the bid.
- Liaise with mobilisation and operational teams ensuring accurate, current and complete information concerning the bid is communicated effectively.
