Business Improvement Manager in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset

We are recruiting for a Business Improvement Manager for our client in the logistics division of their business based near to Weston Super Mare. The role will involve overseeing continuous improvement projects across the sector, improving efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and promote a changing culture within the business.

The ideal person will have:
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement projects within logistics / transport / warehouse areas of operation.
- The ability to estimate costs for implementation of projects.
- Excellent communication skills in order to influence change across the business sector.
- Experience of identifying areas for business improvement.
