Building Surveyor in London

Building Surveyor - London - Permanent -
Up to £48,000 Per Annum

ARM is working with a leading architecture consultancy who specialises in construction and property and we are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the team in London.

About You:
* You will have post-graduate experience working as a Building Surveyor.
* You will have knowledge of building decay processes and repair techniques.
* You will hold a Full Valid Driving License.
* You will be willing to travel and occasionally stay away overnight.

What you will be doing:
In this position, it will involve working on projects across London as well as the south and east of England. You will look to help expand the client's specialist surveying offer, both regionally and nationally, which is closely integrated with architectural services and heritage consultancy. There will also be some work at height from Scaffolding, ladders and platforms.

This position is office-based and in Central London with occasional travel to the East and South of England.

The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £48,000 and will depend on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits including generous annual leave, pension, training allowance and professional registration. There is also a company performance-related bonus possible.
