Advanced Resource Managers are working with a leading design, engineering, and landscape architecture consultancy looking to find an Associate Director to join the Edinburgh Transport & Development Planning team. With a growing pipeline of new clients and opportunities, and projects already in hand, this is an exciting period of growth and a great time to join and progress your career.
About You:
You will be a degree qualified, and ideally Chartered, Associate Director or experienced Associate/Principal looking to advance your career. You will ideally have 10+ years' experience in transport and development planning with a proven track record of developing profitable work streams with both private developers and local authority clients. You will be able to deliver and lead major projects and programmes of work, lead teams and demonstrate the ability to support the continued growth of the Region while providing support and growth within the discipline across the wider business, ensuring consistency and quality is maintained.
What you will be doing:
You will be working closely with the Technical Director to develop and implement the strategic plan for the Transport & Development Planning Service, managing project resources, promoting the professional services offered to clients within the region and working with others to develop new business opportunities. You will be delivering and leading major projects and programmes of work for both private developers and local authority clients.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Edinburgh.
The salary for this role is up to £78,000 depending on experience. The benefits package includes a 27-day holiday allowance with the option to buy up to 5 days, yearly professional membership of your choice, life insurance, private health care and a pension plan.
