Architect / Architectural Technologist
Location: Exeter
Duration: Contract - 12 months

Rate: £41.28 per hour (Umbrella)

An opportunity for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a growing, multi-disciplinary design team based in Exeter. This contract role offers involvement in a range of complex projects across multiple sectors, with responsibility from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects through all RIBA stages
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
• Manage design coordination, interfaces, and technical delivery
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations

Requirements:

• RIBA Part 3 or CIAT accreditation
• 5-10 years? experience delivering complex projects
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Experience with NBS specifications and BIM coordination
• Confident leading teams and managing client relationships

Flexible working arrangements are supported, including non-full-time commitments. This role may require security clearance, discussed at interview stage.
