As a senior recruitment consultant within the maritime team, Richard recruits for onshore roles across Chartering / Broking, Insurance / P&I, Legal & related Technology areas.

Prior to working for ARM, Richard has 28 years’ experience working mid-senior level roles across a range of sectors including Supply Chain / Logistics, IT/Tech, Engineering, Retail, Finance & Customer Services having successfully filled roles in a wide range of countries including Australia, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Vietnam, the UK and the United States.

Outside his recruitment work on challenging assignments worldwide, Richard also provides local market support and advice for companies looking to hire in new locations and territories.

In my spare time I am a season ticket holder at Portsmouth FC and contribute to and edit part of the club’s matchday programme. I enjoy watching other sports, going to gigs (usually indie bands at small venues), along with theatre / musical shows. I am also involved locally with creative writing / poetry groups and host & perform at events regularly.
