Up to £60,000, depending upon experience.
My client who is one of the fastest Building Services Companies, with growth plans for the next 5 years are looking to recruit a Remedials Manager for projects across Hampshire, Dorset, and London.
Key Tasks
Delivering a variety of Mechanical and Electrical remedial projects up to a value of £20k.
Accountability for the control of H&S within the department - RAMS in place for works.
Lead the team develop, improve delivery and service and strategic growth.
Positively communicate with the client and key stakeholders.
Monitor and control remedial WIP.
Ensure weekly invoicing targets are achieved.
Manage the control of cost to the project through delivery in line with estimate and programme.
Control resource and delivery requirements to ensure robust delivery in line with forecast.
Undertaking site safety engagements
Person Specification
Full UK Driving Licence.
Business and Financial acumen.
Understanding of CDM Requirements.
Mechanical and Electrical Services technical awareness.
Willingness to travel.
Demonstrated Health & Safety experience (SMSTS / SSSTS).
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Track record in department growth and strategic planning.
Project programme, quoting, resource and sub-contractor management.
Client relationship management experience.
