ContractPURCHASING SPECIALIST:
Key Characteristics of Role-Holder:
* An enthusiastic, high-performing individual, ideally with multi-£million indirect purchasing experience.
* Being a self-starter and able to effectively balance multiple demands in a quality-orientated business environment is crucial.
* Applicants should ideally have at least 2-5 years purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing activities, including but not limited to:
* Management of sourcing activities.
* Commercial and legal negotiations.
* Process partner relationship management.
* Supplier relationship & performance management.
* Commodity strategy.
Essential Skills:
* Communication.
* Collaboration.
* Negotiation.
* Prioritisation.
* Organisation.
* Teamwork.
* Problem-solving.
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
* Indirect Purchasing (especially in the area of manufacturing & logistics).
* Project management.
* Contract law.
* Coupa.
* SAP.
* MS Office (especially Excel).
* German language.
