Repairs Planner in Bristol

ContractOur client are currently looking to recruit a Repairs Planner in the Bristol area
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance.
- Work within the policies, criteria and timescales adopted by the organisation relating the scheduling of work.
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with during, or immediately following, the first contact with the customer.
- Responsible for the production and maintenance of detailed records of works completed.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as raising Purchase Orders.
Skills/Qualifications.
- Confident, and customer-focused individual
- Experience of work planning/scheduling processes and requirements
- Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence
- Experience of working accurately to deadlines
This is a 6 month fixed term contract position.
