Project Controls Manager in London

PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER - LONDON - PERMANENT - UP TO £55,000 PER ANNUM

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who work within construction and property are looking for a Project Controls Manager for a permanent position, based in London.

About You:
* You will have experience of working on engineering projects and delivering large projects within a regulated environment.
* You will have experience developing and updating schedules, project change logs and risk registers.
* You will have experience in monitoring spend, developing and maintain forecasts.
* You will have experience in construction industry and knowledge of project lifecycles.
* You will be familiar with standard forms of construction contracts.
* You will have experience of multiple senior stakeholders.
* You will be able to identify opportunities for business development.

What you will be doing:
Your role will be focused on reporting and data management. You will be expected to provide data presentation, manage a cycle of month reporting, contribute to the portfolio risk activity and mentor junior members of the team.

This role will include support to the client Portfolio Management Office by way of process and procedural updates and rolling out new ways of working to the wider portfolio team.

This role is based in London. This will be working 5 days a week, during normal working hours.

The salary range for this position is between £45,000 and £55,000 and will be based on suitability and experience.
