ARM are delighted to be supporting a luxury iconic Automotive manufacturer with the recruitment of a Supply Chain Transformation Lead.
The Supply Chain Transformation Lead will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of strategic projects, working with the Supply Chain leadership team to identify specific deliverables required to support the growth of the business
Responsibilities
- Manage development and deployment for a comprehensive strategy for the supply chain business processes, technology, and culture.
- The Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for leading and managing transformation activity, which include project management, business analysis and stake holders across the business.
- Collaboration with stakeholders, such as senior management, functional leaders, and IT, to identify and prioritise transformation initiatives.
- Manage timeline and budgets for transformational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop change management plans to ensure team members are prepared for the changes brought about by transformation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives providing regular updates to senior management and other stake holders.
- Identify and manage risk mitigation associated with transformation initiatives.
- Determine how modern technologies can support re-engineering of business processes and ways of working to improve the effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Identify cross functional improvements, define problem statements, and build clear business cases.
Requirements
- Degree qualified - ideally in Supply Chain Management.
- Supply Chain management experience (in any end to end function: SC strategy, procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing complex projects and programs.
- Experience in automotive industry is essential.
- Experience driving high performance and continuous improvement using proven methodologies
