My client, in the telco industry, are looking for a UX Researcher to join their team on a short term contract. They are in the Discovery phase, the first of the project.
Day-to-day details-
Alongside the client's design agency, the hired candidate would interview key stakeholders, establish latent needs where the key pain points for members and employees are when using the company services. Help pinpoint opportunities, making recommendations for future features as part of a longer term strategy and UX/UI design concepts.
