ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a PMO Programme Manager to work on a permanent basis with a leading client in the Nuclear industry.
What you'll be doing
* You will need to embrace change and bring people with you for the journey.
* Escalate the new, novel and disruptive capabilities, competencies and training needed by the project management community.
* Be a company project management authority and maintaining that status by continuing professional development and networking with like professionals across the business, within wider industry and within professional bodies.
* Able to coach and develop others to become project management specialists.
* Proactively improve the supporting processes and performance of project management.
What do you need to succeed?
* Experience using Agile Project management tools and methodologies.
* Qualified to degree level in Project/Programme Management or equivalent
* Proven ability to lead and train all levels in Project/Programme Management competencies
* Proven people and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation
* Proven experience of the delivery to cost, specification and time of packages of work or projects
