Advanced Resource Managers are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their esteemed Technology-sector client in London on a permanent, hybrid/remote basis.
This is a standalone role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an Internal Communications position (preferably within the Technology sector), and will be a keen collaborator across key areas of the business.
Responsibilities
* Organise calendar of all corporate communications and scheduled events across sites.
* Act as Editor-in-chief for main and alternative channels.
* Establish connections across the business to gain insights and content.
* Create engaging content across multiple channels (printed, digital, and material).
* Coordinate CEO updates to employees.
* Optimise all existing internal channels to improve reach, penetration, and engagement.
* Collaborate with the Talent team and use external tools to promote the wider employer brand to potential candidates.
* Ensure audiences are clearly defined and targeted.
* Work alongside Marketing team to ensure all branding and styles are consistent with company voice.
* Establish success metrics and regularly report on all communications activities.
Requirements
* A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications is desirable.
* Previous demonstrable experience within an Internal Communications role, preferably within the Technology sector.
* A creative thinker with the ability to take varying perspectives on board.
* A collaborative approach to working, but also able to work on your own initiative.
* Strong creative writing skills, and an excellent storyteller.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
