Customer Service Manager in Twickenham, London

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager for a company who provides the communication and information systems for control centres, for a permanent position.
About You:
* You will have experience in GMS-R network.
* You will have strong commercial/technical service knowledge/experience.
* You will have previous experience within rail.
What you will be doing:
You will be the first point of contact for the customer base about aspects of their service level agreements, calculation, estimating and planning service projects and their allocated budgets. You will be organising and coordinating the service team and calculating change request offers.
This role is based in Twickenham and will be working 5 days a week during normal working hours.
The salary range for this position is up to £70,000 and will be based on suitability and experience.
