- Deployment Lead Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining the detail of the sequence of activities needed to cutover end users to the new solution- from when the readiness criteria are complete, through to the end of Early Life Support for both all projects
- Responsible for defining the teams required to deliver the Transition Responsible for defining the entry and exit criteria for Transition Work with the other vendors to clarify the work packages that they can deliver, and how they will build and prove capability prior to rollout.
- Responsible for the creation of detailed plans and cutover materials to support the agreed approach Work with the Technical lead, Change lead and Test Lead to understand the coordinated activities required for both the dress rehearsal and production cutover
- Ensures appropriate communication, preparation and training plans are in place and executed for deployment.
- Participate in final Go/No Go sign off for any new or changed service in line with project requirements
- Provide detailed weekly status reports Identify and manage risks and issues via the RAID log and escalations where required
- Ensure that any changes to the signed off deployment plans are raised through the formal change control process and that all relevant documentation is updated
What you'll need:
Our Business Consultants have a hugely valued skill set and play a significant role in our success, working with business and technical stakeholders on future business strategy, operating model, and service design. Will typically have a major consultancy background demonstrating outstanding core consultancy values assisting our clients in design, delivery and governance of end-to-end business solutions from inception through to successful completion.
Activities will include transformational projects covering business architecture, defining and delivering business change working across multi-dimensional clients, competing priorities and operating models to partner and add the right level of value. For example defining digital strategy and road maps and blending business, technical and commercial approach.
Business Case development is a vital tool for our consultants and is used for extensively for major change initiatives driving benefits realisation and measuring outcomes which has positive ramifications for better customer insight, customer journeys and fundamentally optimising our client's business processes. Analysing and reporting on complex data and customer segmentation information to drive business insight is another key asset, conducting primary and secondary research to support client deliveries, proposition development and thought leadership
