Solution Architect in London

Main responsibilities for the role:
- Responsible for the solutions within the baggage product area
- Drives the product roadmap
- Evaluates new technologies, tools, products, and services
- Ensures new and existing solutions are secure and compliant to architecture and standards
- Provides expertise in driving forward solutions for applications and services in the baggage product area, ensuring alignment with the business and technical strategic visions
- Ensures best in class, and fit for purpose, solutions are architected for minimised customisation through solution design
- Support the business in understanding and interpreting the capabilities of solutions
- Ensure solution designs are consistent with the domain architecture and meet the functional and non-functional requirements
Capabilities:
- Experience of defining technical solutions for digital products
- Experience of building and communicating solution options and influencing stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Proven track record of architectural design and documentation at solution level, working across architectural domains (business, data, application, technology)
- Demonstrable experience of solution architecture around application development, product and service selection, enterprise integration, service definition, service level agreements, IT infrastructure and migration planning
- Ideally knowledge of airline, and baggage systems and processes
