PermanentARM are recruiting for a IT Systems Engineer - DevOps with Linux for a excellent permanent opportunity with a Key Defence Client based in Hampshire.
This is a great opportunity to work on projects for market leading defence clients and really progress your career.
As an IT Systems Engineer - DevOps with Linux experience you will be working on a key defence project and be responsible for;
* Design documentation generated, captured, configured, and controlled in accordance with company processes.
* Compliant technical solutions against contractual requirements and regulations.
* Engineering LCM adherence for all deliverables, Sub Contract Design Reviews and relevant input to project LCM activities.
* Engineering Lifecycle Management (LCM) adherence for all deliverables, Sub Contract Design Reviews and relevant input to project LCM activities.
You should have the following experience:
* 2-3 years' experience as a DevOps Linux Systems engineer
* Knowledge of IT systems in the defence, maritime or closely linked domain and have a comprehensive understanding of how their own systems and activities interact with the overall platform.
* Knowledge of the complete engineering lifecycle with some experience of operating in several phases
Due to the nature of the sector, you will need to hold current and active for UK Security Clearance.
