Location: Birmingham (Snow Hill), hybrid - 3 days in office

About the Role
Join a major UK infrastructure programme as a Land Assembly Assistant supporting land acquisition and possession for railway construction. You'll work with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to assure land referencing data, prepare and track statutory notices, and support land assembly governance. FLAB sessions and spatial data analysis are key parts of the role.
This role is suitable for graduates (e.g., geography, geospatial) or those with some land referencing or data experience. Full training is provided.

Working Environment

Based primarily in Birmingham; hybrid working available.

Structured training and development in land assembly and compulsory purchase processes.

Supporting Phase 1 and Phase 2a of a major programme.
