The role
You will be responsible to administer, organise and coordinate training programmes for specific Optamor client's. You will be confident with processing courses, logging delegate attendance and closing courses. As well as processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoices on SAP, our finance system. There will be set service level agreements (SLAs) in place that you will need to meet as well as stakeholder management. An impeccable telephone manor will be advantageous in your application as you will required to support with issuing course information and giving quotes to the clients' whilst supporting with other enquiries through email and phone contact.

You will be focused on the delivery of training programmes, projects and exceeding KPIs. You will be able to manage customer expectations and ensure training needs are delivered across the portfolio of training offered by Optamor. You will confidently demonstrate the commercial acumen required to drive performance throughout the business in accordance with agreed SLAs.
