We are looking for a Project controller to join us and take on the responsibility of all aspects of the assigned complex projects to ensure schedule and budget adherence and be the point of contact for all Project Control matters, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures and project governance.

The ideal candidate will have Experience with Project Control, Risk Management, Resource Planning, costing, scheduling and scoping large scale complex projects.

Day to Day you will be -
Producing resourced, time phased schedules and costings, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements so that projects can be effectively managed.
Develop and agree budgets for allocated projects/programmes, analysing financial information, managing actual and forecast costs and highlighting issues to key stakeholders, including sub-contractors, to ensure cost effective project delivery.
Create and manage allocated project/programme risk schedules, identifying and monitoring the risks, including schedule and cost analysis, responding to them promptly and appropriately to ensure the project is effectively delivered in line with governance, company and contractual standards.
Integrate project and risk schedules, analysing costs, resources, timelines and risks and advising stakeholders to ensure control over the project in line with company and contractual standards.
Set up and structure complex projects to enable the management & reporting on Earned Value Analysis.
Support in the identification, assessment and implementation of improvements to PMO processes and tools to ensure the provision of the best quality service, information and reporting to each business unit.
Document and provide reports and information to stakeholders on allocated projects/programmes to ensure accurate and current information is distributed to the business that enables effective decision making.
Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to share best practice and ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in Sales, Bids and Operations planning across the business providing information and data to meet business requirements and project governance.
Facilitate and assess change control processes, analysing the impact of change, reporting on issues to ensure project governance in line with business and customer requirements and standards.
Provide advice and support to Project Controllers and Project Managers within Business Units to ensure project governance and best practice.
