Senior Finance Business Partner - Durrington (Hybrid) - Permanent - £95,000 plus car allowance

ARM are delighted to be hiring for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join one of our clients based in West Sussex on a permanent basis.

Requirements

• Amazing communicator and influencer.
• Experience of business process analysis and improvement, including benefit estimation and post implementation metrics within a regulated environment.
• Have credible finance expertise but also be commercially and operationally focused.
• Fully qualified.

Responsibilities

• work alongside business areas, supporting and advising on their strategic and operational decision making through value adding insights that drive better business performance.
• Perform complex financial analysis to interpret, explain and drive performance within a business unit, in a dynamic industry, competitive and economic context.
• Leading a team of 6 qualified Finance BPs and reporting to the Finance Director.
