Property Sales Agent in Dundee

PROPERTY SALES AGENT - DUNDEE / KIRKCALDY - PERMANENT - HOME WORKING

Purplebricks currently has a vacancy for a Sales Agent in the Dundee and Kirkcaldy area. You will need to be based in or around this area to apply for the role due to the travel requirements to properties in the area.

About You:
You will have the hunger to earn money and be experienced in a sales environment meeting and exceeding targets.
You will have excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively to a range of people, you will also have excellent attention to detail.
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

What you will be doing:
You will be meeting potential sellers face to face and providing valuations for the property (full training provided) and have the property listed with Purplebricks. You will then be targeted on upselling the financial services that we provide. When you are not meeting potential sellers, you will be working from home, in a busy working environment.

This is a permanent role based in the Dundee and Kirkcaldy area working remotely from home and attending appointments when required.

What you can expect in return:
The salary for this role is up to £25,000 per annum + £3,000 Car Allowance + Commission OTE (£50,000 - £60,000 ++ uncapped commission). Plus a benefits package.

You must be eligible to work in the UK for this opportunity. A DBS check will also be required.
