ARM are working with a long established consultancy who work with high-end residential and commercial projects and we are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in London.
About You:
* You hold a degree-level qualification as a Quantity Surveyor and will be chartered with MRICS.
* You will have experience of working on prime residential projects.
* You will also have some experience of mentoring other QS staff.
What you will be doing:
Initially this position will see you supporting a £500million prime residential project in London and helping to procure the fit out on it. The role will be focused on prime high-end residential projects.
This position is based from London with hybrid working, with work in the client office one day a week, the occasional need to be the head office, but also working from home.
What you can expect in return:
Salary for this position is dependent on experience and suitability, but the guide is between £55,000 and £70,000. On top of this is an individual performance bonus, generous pension and benefits scheme. The company also offers a real chance of progress and invests in their training too.
