Project Manager – Data Centers in City of London, London

PROJECT MANAGER - DATA CENTRES - LONDON - PERMANENT - £50,000 - £65,000

ARM are working with an established consultancy who specialises in construction and property, mostly within commercial and project management within these areas and we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager who will support on Data Center build and designs for their client based in London.

About You:
* You will be an experienced Project Manager with demonstrable experience of the successful delivery on projects.
* Your experience will include Data Centres from a build and design perspective, as they provide unique challenges.
* You background will ideally include building services also.

What you will be doing:
Our client is a leading consultancy with a long history within the industry and supports major and well-known brands, as well as government contracts. Your role will be focusing on new London Data Centres with values in the £100's million in value and will be to ensure the successful delivery of this vital tech infrastructure.

This position will be based out of the Central London office and will have some hybrid working also.

What you can expect in return:
The guide salary range for this position is between £50,000 and £65,000 per annum and will be dependent on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits that includes a performance-based bonus, 27 days annual leave, pension scheme and much more.
