Project Manager in Essex

PROJECT MANAGER - ESSEX - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £35.85 PER HOUR

Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK's Largest Infrastructure companies, they are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in Essex.

About You:
* Ideally you will have experience managing contracts / contractors / themselves and technical background / understanding of hard FM
* You will need experience in managing multiple small projects; total value is less than £1 million
* You will be required to have a health and safety understanding I.e IOSH H&S Managing Safely certification or SMSTS certificate.
* You will be required to hold a CSCS card or equivalent.
* You will be technically qualified to minimum of HNC (Building/Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant Degree
* You Must be able to achieve enhanced DBS, SC, DV as required

What you will be doing:
To manage and deliver life cycle and capital works projects from inception to completion including income generation work to time and budget achieving the quality required. Lead the project, facilitating requirement, design review, prestart, progress and handover meetings.

This role will be Office/ Site-based role in Essex.

This role is a 6 Month contract.

The rate for this position is £35.85 Per Hour (UMB) Inside IR35.
