ARM are currently working with a well-known client-side railway company, they are seeking for a professional Project Engineer - Telecoms for a 12 months contract.
About You:
* You must have an engineering qualification or a recognised qualification in a relevant discipline.
* You must have good understanding of railway operations.
* You must have Telecoms experience within the railway industry.
* You will experience in both Operational and non-operational comms.
* You MUST hold an active PTS card.
What you will be doing:
* You will be assisting the project engineers in the preparations of specification including checking designs.
* You will be monitoring the project to ensure it says within legislation and HSQE requirements.
* You will be carrying out duties of Designated Project Engineer (DPE) when required
This role is an office based with offices located in Central London. There may be the opportunity to work remotely on occasion.
There will be some travelling involved which will cover - Essex, Sussex and Kent
This is offered as a 12-month contract.
The rate for this position is £450 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this role. Also, as part of the compliance process, a DBS will be required prior to start.
