AI Programme Manager
Location: UK-London
Salary: £85,000
Overview:
Our client is looking for a Programme Manager to oversee, Coordinate and help deliver client-facing projects surrounding conversational AI and other AI and machine learning solutions.
You will need to have a strong background in software delivery and great stakeholder management of all levels including technical and non-technical. You will need to have demonstrable experience in managing resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of programs.
You will drive delivery through Client Engagement Managers and maintain close relationships between clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will provide portfolio reporting and resource management forecasts to finance and AI Practice leads. This role is hands-on, requiring an understanding of the solutions our client provides. You will report to the AI Solutions Director.

Responsibilities:
* Programme Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with the client expectations.
* Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
* Software Delivery: Utilise your software delivery management skills to ensure timely deliveries, that meet software delivery standards and improve efficiency and quality and speed of delivery.
* Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets, timelines, and personnel.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, solving problems that may arise during programme execution.
* Strategy: You will be expected to understand and contribute to the companies AI strategy and how AI Solutions can delivery the highest quality solutions to our customers.
* Communication: Ensure consistent and effective communication across all projects within the programme.
* Reporting: Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, updating them on programme progress and any issues.
* Generate Actionable Insights:
* Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and clients
* Working with the wider team to support continuous improvement in delivery & quality, by running focus groups / meeting to drive delivery change
* Stay informed about the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and industry best practices.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Collaborate with the customer success team and assist in addressing customer feedback, inquiries, and issues related to conversational AI interactions.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and align AI strategies with organisational goals.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Knowledge of Software delivery frame works (Agile: Scrum & Kanban or similar.
* Ability to empathise and understand different points of view
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
* Knowledge of Conversational AI area is a plus.
* Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and its usage is beneficial.

Qualifications and Experience Preferred
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience of working with multiple Clients as both the primary contractor or a sub-contractor
