Principle Programme Controls Manager in London

ARM are currently recruiting for a well-known rail client, who operates and develops Britain's railway infrastructure. They are currently seeking for a professional Programme controls manager on a principle level.
About You:
* You will be required to have experience in the railway industry
* You will need experience in programme controls - including costs to volume at a business level.
* You will be required to hold a Chartered membership status of a relevant professional body and/or educated to degree level.
* You will need experience in reporting a period business review
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for leading the establishment of a programme of work supporting successful project delivery through effective integration of Planning, Cost Management and Risk & Value Management activities. You will drive improved reliability and delivery competences through effective project performance measurement, evaluation and intervention activities
This position is offices based in London - this a hybrid role with 2 days in office and the rest working from home
This role is a 6-month contract, which may extend.
The rate for this position is £633 to £715 Per Day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
