Land Acquisition Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £35,300 - £52,125

ARM are working with a well-known infrastructure client and we are looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to join their busy team based in the West Midlands.

About You:
You will hold a property related degree.
You will have knowledge of the compensation code in relation to CPO processes.
You will come from either a qualified surveyor background, local authority in regards to property or land, or wayleaves office background.
Ideally you will be RICS accredited or working towards it.

What you will be doing:
This position will see you handling case load of property acquisition which is mostly rural based. This could be CPO or voluntary acquisition. You will be working with agents to ensure a smooth process and ensuring the affected party is dealt with in a sympatric manager whilst ensuring payment and monies due are paid in a timely manner.

This position is working hybrid and will be based from the office in Birmingham

Salary for this position is £36,300 to £52,125 per annum. On top of this is an excellent benefits package that includes pension, generous holiday and healthcare. There is also a real prospect of future career progression within a company that promotes from within on a regular basis.
