General Practice Surveyor in Gosport, Hampshire

GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR - HAMPSHIRE - 4 MONTH CONTRACT - £300 PER DAY

ARM are working with a council on the South Coast and we are currently recruiting for a General Practice (Estates) Surveyor for a 4 month contract.

About You:
* You will be an experienced General Practice / Estates Surveyor.
* You will be Chartered / RICS accredited.
* Your experience will include Landlord / Tenant work such as lease renewals, rent reviews, etc.

What you will be doing:
This position will be supporting the Head of Commercial Property to support on the councils commercial property portfolio, which will include reviewing revenue and assets.

This position will be based in Gosport, Hampshire and will see you working hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. The contract is initially a 4 month contract, but is likely to extend.

What you can expect in return:
The rate for this position is £300 per day (Umbrella) and is inside IR35.

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position. As part of the councils compliance process, we may be required to obtain a DBS check prior to start on this role.
