Development Learning Specialist in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

DEVELOPMENT LEARNING SPECIALIST - MILTON KEYNES - 6 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD - £375 PER DAY

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Development Learning Specialist for a company at the forefront of the rail industry in the UK. The role is a 6 month contract based in Milton Keynes.

About You:
* You will come from a learning background.
* You will have experience with media development.
* You will have analysis, design and development implementation experience.
* You will have experience working with media developers and internal resource.
* You will have experience in both public and private experience.

What you will be doing:
You will be designing and developing training programmes to highlight the business values and add to the organisation. You will also monitor and review training outcomes to ensure knowledge is effectively embedded and utilised with learning objectives.

This role is based in Milton Keynes, with a hybrid working pattern in place of 1-2 days a week in office.

This position has a day rate of £350 - £375, based on experience and suitability. The role is inside IR35.
