Customer Service Account Representative in Fareham, Hampshire

PermanentOur client who are a growing telecommunications company, are seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to join their team.
Overview:
Full training and development will be given. The successful candidate will have good customer service and telephone manor.
The main objective of the role is to manage the relationship and processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Responsibilities (training provided):
- Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
- Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
- Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
- Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes
Desirable skills:
- Time Management Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work within a team as well as on own initiative
- Be able to adapt to change
- Excellent telephone technique and manner
This position will offer Hybrid working once training/probation period is completed.
