Business Change Manager in London

BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - LONDON - PERMANENT - £50,000 - £63,250

ARM are working with a leading rail company and we are currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join the team in Central London.

About You:
* You will be an experienced Business Change Manager with demonstrable experience of delivery change within an organisation.
* You will have experience of delivering IT changes to a business and ideally with Microsoft suite of products.
* You will also have experience of stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communication planning, benefit delivery and working with training teams to delivery any appropriate training required.

What you will be doing:
Working for a well-known railway company and you will be aligned to the IT system change unit, as well as supporting on other change priorities within the business.

This position will be based in London, but working on a hybrid basis with both home and office working (2 days office and 3 days from home).

The salary for this position is between £50,000 and £63,250 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is a range of benefits that include generous pension, private healthcare, generous annual leave allowance and more. The company also promotes from within and offer excellent routes for progression, as there are a number of levels of BCM within the organisation and will allow for career progression, should you want it.
