BMS Manager (Building Management Systems) in Birmingham, West Midlands

Advanced Resource Manager are currently working with a leading building materials company, who are seeking for an experienced BMS (Building Management Systems) Manager who is based in Wales for a permanent role!
About You:
* You will be have extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365.
* You will need the ability to clearly publish written policies and procedures related to the construction industry environment requirements.
* You will have ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and tight deadlines- you will need outstanding planning and organisation skills!
* You will need to have expert IT skills to develop new systems.
What you will be doing:
You will undertake the following duties and responsibilities (but are not limited to):
* Recognising practical and deliverable measures to continually improve the overall performance of the company.
* Management of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 accreditations and external auditing bodies.
* Assist and contribute in effective SHEQ audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
* Understand legal and other frameworks relevant to SHEQ, improving, applying and driving continuous improvement.
This role will be a mixture of site and office based; the site you will be working on is in Wales.
You will be required to hold a valid driver's license.
The Salary Range on this role is: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum. With this client there are good benefits included with this role such as, contributory pension scheme (3% employee and 6% employer OR 5% employee and 8% employer), car allowance and much more!
