Assistant Land Acquisition Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

ASSISTANT LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £30,150 - £43,355

ARM are working with a well-known infrastructure client and we are looking for an Assistant Land Acquisition Manager to join their busy team based in the West Midlands.

About You:
You will hold a property or surveying degree and will have some post-graduate experience.
You will have some knowledge of land purchasing powers and compulsory purchase orders.
RICS is desirable, but not essential, as the employer is happy to support people through the process.

What you will be doing:
This position will be supporting the company in its activities which currently are identification of properties that could be affected by its work or will need purchasing for them to complete their work. This is mostly land, rather than commercial or residential property, but some will be within these areas.

This position is working hybrid and will be based from the office in Birmingham

Salary for this position is £33,150 to £43,355 per annum. On top of this is an excellent benefits package that includes pension, generous holiday and healthcare. There is also a real prospect of future career progression within a company that promotes from within on a regular basis.
