Matt started with us in June 2023, prior to working here at ARM, he worked helping the unemployed get back into employment, supporting with life skills. He has 11 years experience in customer facing roles, including Portsmouth Water.
As part of our Structural Steel team, Matt spends his days market mapping and finding clients in order to build relationships with, working as a 360 recruitment consultant.

In his spare time, you can find Matt playing sports such as golf, card games in Vegas (his poker face is amazing!) and watching football, mainly United!
Fun fact about Matt: Officiated at Wembley twice as a professional match official!
