We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join the Optamor team. As part of a high-performing RPO, the role combines in-house recruitment practice with account management, taking responsibility for direct sourcing, relationship management and supporting the broader team. Working onsite in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment, with an experienced team of recruiters around you, this truly is a recruitment role with a difference!
About the role:
In coordination with the Optamor Talent Acquisition Manager, you will focus on technical recruitment activity and solutions aligned with client requirements. This involves direct sourcing via a multi-channel approach, as well as supplier management and the development of stakeholder relationships. Partnership is central to this role-you will collaborate with the rest of the business to build a strong employer brand, to improve the candidate journey, and to keep Optamor up-to-date with the latest market developments.
You will be part of a passionate and solution-driven team, challenging traditional recruitment and training solutions, enabling the extraordinary. - An experienced recruiter, whether that be in the form of In-House/Agency recruitment or as a Talent Acquisition partner
- Switched-on and organised with a people-focus, and solutions-driven approach
- Tech savvy with experience in Engineering/ Defence
- Accustomed to using LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards
- Versed in sourcing strategies, optimising candidate experience, talent pipelines & relationship management
