Facilities Coordinator (Soft Services) in Gravesend, Kent

ContractOur client is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator (soft services) to join their existing team in the Gravesend area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all soft FM services
- Act as main point of contact for all building related issues and liaise with relevant FM member to find resolutions.
- Keep records of maintenance and identify reoccurring issues and propose solutions.
- Raise requisitions and purchase orders on ERP as required for all support services
- To deputise in the absence of Facilities Compliance Manager as and when the need arises.
- Manage and maintain the helpdesk service to log all internal jobs.
Skills/Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Effective interpersonal skills for liaising with management, staff and contractors
- Ability to handle and prioritise a diverse and varied workload.
- Experience of contract management.
- Highly developed administration and organisation skills.
This is a fixed term contract for 15 months.
