My client who is an established M&E Contractor, is looking to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager, initially for their Hounslow project then moving onto additional.
Main Duties:
The role of the Project Site Manager is to work as an integral member of the project management and installation delivery team, from the initial stages of work planning through to managing the installation/construction process on site, and to lead and co-ordinate the activities of the team allocated to their management and leadership.
The roles can be split into the following responsibilities:
Pre-Construction
Procurement
Construction (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Commissioning / Handover
Quality / Health and Safety
Commercial
General Duties
