ARM are recruiting for a HR Technology Analyst to join one of their top defence clients on a remote basis in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in the implementation and development of HR systems. You will be creating and processing changes to the existing Workday system and working alongside the HR Technology Lead.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Workday functionality across all areas, including recruiting, compensation, performance, and Core HCM.
- Act as the first point of contact for local HR regarding any new Workday configuration requests.
- Identify and research issues and system defects and formulate recommendations to the HR Technology Lead.
- Manage Jira for new and approved testing feedback and configuration requests.
- Creation of test scenarios and scripts
- Carry out user testing for Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Poland, and the UAE, gaining local HR acceptance and approval.
- Testing for International privacy notice updates (for applicants, existing workers, and onboarding) for Workday.
- Champion process improvement and continued functionality
- Support Workday implementation of new modules, changes, and features internationally.
- Attend Workday meetings in the absence of the HR Technology Lead
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR systems (Workday being an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Proficient multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to UK sites in order to attend meetings and complete training activities.
- Ability to hold and maintain active Security Clearance at SC (Security Check) level.
