Your extended Learning & Development team

Finding the right training provider can be time-consuming. Comparing courses, checking quality, managing bookings, coordinating suppliers and handling administration all take valuable time away from Learning & Development and HR teams.

ARM’s Managed Training Service acts as an extension of your business. Instead of approaching multiple training providers, you have one trusted partner who understands your organisation, sources the right solution and manages the process on your behalf.

Whether you need technical training, health and safety courses, IT programmes or something highly specialised, we remove much of the administration while helping you find the right learning solution.

What is a managed training service?

A managed training service gives your organisation a single point of contact for a wide range of training requirements.

Rather than delivering every course ourselves, we work with an established network of training providers. This allows us to identify the provider, delivery method and course that best fits your objectives, budget and timescales.

You tell us what you’re trying to achieve. We source the appropriate solution, manage the supplier, coordinate delivery and provide one consistent service from start to finish.

Training across every discipline

Because we work with a broad supplier network, ARM isn’t restricted to one catalogue of courses or one area of expertise.

We can source training across areas including:

  • Health & Safety
  • IT and technology
  • Technical and engineering disciplines
  • Leadership and management
  • Professional development
  • Compliance training
  • Bespoke specialist training

If your organisation needs something unusual or highly specific, we’ll work to source the right provider for that too.

  • Cable Avoidance (Cat & Genny)
  • Emergency First Aid at Work
  • Fire Marshal / Warden
  • IOSH Working Safely
  • IPAF (1b, 3a, 3b)
  • PASMA – Mobile Access Tower for Users
  • Mental Health First Aid
  • Counterbalance Forklift (Novice or Refresher)

Meet your Managed Training team

ARM’s managed training service is led by Jenni Rance and Carly McClintock, who work closely with clients to understand their training requirements, source appropriate solutions and manage delivery.

Jenni Rance

Lead Training Coordinator

Jenni joined ARM in 2017 and manages all our Training MSP clients. She works closely with customers and training providers to deliver tailored solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring an effective, reliable service that support our clients’ business needs.

Carly McClintock

L&D Delivery Coordinator

When Carly joined ARM in 2023, she brought a fresh perspective and valuable knowledge gained from her apprenticeship background. Her exceptional diligence and dedication helps to ensure that certifications are booked, monitored and renewed, helping clients maintain compliance and minimise risk.

More than a training broker

Many organisations don’t need another training provider. They need someone who understands their business and can take responsibility for finding and managing the right solution.

ARM builds long-term partnerships with clients, becoming an extension of their Learning & Development function rather than simply processing bookings.

Even when a brief starts with little more than a business challenge or a rough idea, we’ll work with you to understand the outcome you’re looking for before identifying the right training solution.

Working with ARM can give you:

  • A single point of contact for training requirements
  • Access to a wide network of training providers
  • Less administration for HR and Learning & Development teams
  • Competitive pricing through established supplier relationships
  • Classroom, on-site, virtual and blended learning options
  • Consistent supplier management
  • One invoicing process
  • Training aligned with your organisation’s objectives
  • A responsive service tailored to your organisation
