Contract:6-month Contract
The Role: We are seeking Technical Project Engineers to assist on a large Digital Engineering project who have experience in one or more of the following: Synthetics, ITEA, TLS, and Process & Integration
Please note: Due to the nature of the work, you will need to already hold a high level of UK security clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical activities across engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and technical interfaces.
- Support project plans, schedules, technical roadmaps, and resource planning.
- Track delivery against milestones, objectives, and quality criteria.
- Provide technical leadership and first-level decision-making.
- Support change and configuration management.
- Facilitate technical reviews and milestone assessments.
- Provide project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
Experience required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Holding an APM, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, or scheduling qualifications would be advantageous.
- Experience working within Aerospace & Defence, ideally delivering architecture or engineering projects within MOD, Defence Digital, or UK aerospace environments.
- Experience planning and delivering complex technical projects or engineering work packages.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, critical paths, milestones, and dependency management.
- Experience with estimation, resource/capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
