I need a several Cyber Security focused Vulnerability Research Engineers to join my client, with roles based across number of UK locations. **Please note candidates will need to be eligible for DV clearance**

Job Description

Security Engineer - Vulnerability Engineer
Gloucestershire / Berkshire / Manchester / Wiltshire

** Candidates must be able to obtain MoD / UK Government Clearance (DV)

ARM Cyber Security are extremely keen and active hunting DV Cleared (SIA) or clearable Cyber Security professionals to join a Cyber Deference organisation at the beginning of their journey, focused on defending the UK from Cyber Attacks.

I am seeking several Cyber Security engineers work as part of a wider development team within a rapidly changing fast paced environment as part of Security Solutions focused division.

Key Responsibilities:
The main tasks and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
" Vulnerability research across multiple operating ecosystems (Windows, iOS, OSX, Android, Linux, etc)
" Understanding of networking protocols
" Understanding of low level software architectures

Essential criteria;
" Knowledge of assembly and various scripting languages
" Experience in reverse engineering
" Understanding of cryptography and cryptographic systems
" An understanding of Agile Software Development
" Proven analytical and systematic approach to resolving issues in a complex and demanding environment.
" Commitment to an ethos of superior service and the ability to work effectively whilst under pressure.
" Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to meet the needs of a wide range of external and internal service clients and to develop effective working relationships with our customers and partners.
" Ability to work without supervision to organise, prioritise, delegate and complete multiple tasks on an ongoing basis.
" Commitment to working as a member of a team which responds flexibly to changing pressures and demands.

Desired criteria;
" Experience with C, C++, and obj-C
" Experience with scapy
" Experience in embedded system development
" Experience of automated testing tools
" Experience of UK Government working practices
