Our client is looking for a Visa coordiantor to join their team in Aberdeen.
Job DescriptionStart date: ASAP
Hours: 25 hours per week, worked over 5 days. Hours are 10 am - 3 pm
Salary/rate: Please provide individual salary expectation
You must have the following experience:
" Experience arranging visas for worldwide locations
" Ability to cope with change in a busy working environment
" Experience of working within a Personnel Logistics Department
" Knowledge and experience of working within the Oil and Gas Industry
" Be the focal point for all visa applications required for worldwide locations.
" Coordinate and plan all activities associated with visa/passport applications.
" Track and monitor progress of all applications and ensure contact is maintained with all relevant agents/staff to progress applications.
" Manage and maintain the Visa spreadsheets ensuring updates are made in a timely manner.
" Co-ordinate visa applications with the Personnel Logistics Team and relevant department personnel, ensuring travellers have the relevant documents, visas and work permits required prior to travelling, to enable them to work.
" Highlight any issues and/or potential problems which may impact on mobilisation of personnel to the HR team and relevant department.
" Liaise with the company travel provider's visa department, offshore and onshore personnel and managers with regards to visa requirements and applications.
" Liaise with Personnel Logistics team and relevant personnel on a daily basis to provide updates on visa applications.
" Arrange necessary travel for personnel for Embassy visits as required.
" Cover for Personnel Logistics team where required.
" Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required by the Personnel Logistics Supervisor / HR Supervisor.
