VIP Sales Coordinator

Salary 25000-30000 GBP per Year
Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire

Job Purpose
To provide support, and control for VIP clients during the Nebula / AMRB001 purchase process. The role will involve working very closely with the VIP Sales Mgr and GM to control all aspects of the customer journey from first contact, through contract signing and then onto Gaydon visits and eventual final invoice and delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Be the information & control hub for all VVIP customer related activities in support of the full customer journey Q.
o Produce customer contracts for deposit and final purchase.
o Control sending / signing / receipt of customer contracts
o Plan all VVIP customer visits (Room Booking, Director Support, Catering, Transport, Transfers)
o Coordinate with accounts team on invoices / payment receipts / VAT reporting
o Manage customer payment / vin number data
o Control / plan customer order input.
Support VIP sales mgr / GM in all aspects of VIP sales activities.
Outline the main Policies, Procedures, Schedules, Process, Manuals etc within which the job is required to operate.
o All AML Sales Direct Sales procedures as basic outline - order entry / sales processing
o All AML Invoicing and VAT guidelines.

Identify any time constraints, timetables, deadlines etc. within which the job has to operate.
o Achieving deposit profile in with Nebula business plan.
o VAT reporting guidelines.

Describe typical problems/complexities in the job and the type/nature of decisions made or referred elsewhere and to whom.
o Balancing customer visit requests versus AML Director Availability.
o Diary planning for rooms / guests
o Customer diary planning
o Customer gifts where appropriate
No direct reports - but key member of matrix team (AML Director secretariat, Front of House).

Qualifications & Experience
Degree / Tertiary education - business based, Secondary education with numerate basis
Worked in a sales support role (6 months min),Extensive experience in sales support
Worked in commercial / luxury marketing / sales
Automotive knowledge
High level of MS Office competence
DCS - basic + skill level
Open / good communicator
Reliable / Punctual / Detail focused
Committed / enthusiastic - passionate about AML brand
Problem solver / Team Player / Flexible
Credible with customers and senior mgt
Ability to get focus in a challenging environment to get the job done
UK Driver's license
