What do they need?
A talented User Experience Lead is required to provide solutions that support the creation and delivery of great and innovative online customer experiences and drive and support your ideas all the way through the successful launch of a project.

What will you have?
A proven background in providing exceptional User Experience Design, with web and mobile interface design technologies - sketching, design production, hand-coded HTML & CSS, rapid prototyping

Experience working within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment, and ability to deliver iterative design components (including user journeys) to the development team

The UX Design Lead will have some serious passion for user-centered design, service design and demonstrated knowledge of information architecture, usability, accessibility, interaction design

You will have a track-record of creating outstanding wireframes, low-fidelity and high fidelity interactive prototypes using standard tools of the trade (ex: Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Fireworks, InVision)

Proven knowledge of web and mobile application design trends, patterns, usability and best practices;
Track record of using front-end technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Twitter Bootstrap)
