Job Role: TPO - Trident Programme Office
Location: Bristol
Salary: £55 - 60k

Job Description

The purpose of the TPO is to:
o Advise the Authority on how the UK can best recruit, develop, sustain, retain and utilise limited SWS and SWSS SQEP against a growing demand.
o Identify ways to optimise performance across the Enterprise to meet the Authority's requirements.
o Identify value for money solutions as well as propose efficiencies that may be achieved across the Enterprise.
o Propose ways to optimise affordability across the Enterprise. o Assure the Authority that US involvement in the Enterprise is maintained at the optimum level to provide appropriate and affordable support.
o Assure the Authority of the Enterprise's ability (whether acting through the Authority or through industry) to deliver the support necessary to maintain CASD.

The successful applicant will be working alongside colleagues from MOD and other Multinational Defence Companies in this joint MOD/Industry initiative.

o Detailed SWS Programme Planning Knowledge and Experience
o Experience of all SWS and SWSS Subsystems
o Have a thorough knowledge of high level Programme and Risk management
o Able to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to successful conclusion by due deadlines.
o Have a good understanding of SWS Training Requirements.
o Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
o Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to deliver effective presentations at all levels.
o Demonstrate IT skills to a competent level and have experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
o Must be willing to relocate to the Bristol area of the UK.

Due to MoD requirements, you must be either a UK or US sole national. You must also disclose all passports/foreign citizenships held, including any previous nationalities/citizenships.
You must be able to travel throughout the UK and occasionally the US.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Developed Vetting check.
