Permanent position
Up-to £60,000

If you would like the opportunity work for a global business, supporting both UK-based and remote sites across the world, to deliver an exceptional IT Service to the business, then we have a fantastic role available in Fareham, Hampshire.

Employing over 30,000 people worldwide, in Fareham they provide critical IT Support to global customers and internal business units.

What do they need?
An IT Support Manager to manage a small IT Team based in the UK and in remote offices in Europe and further afield.

You will be critical to the business in demonstrating the contribution that IT / technology can make to the business objectives, validating business needs and taking into account the opportunities afforded by technology developments.

What will I be doing?
* Managing a small, but diverse and geographically-spread IT Team to achieve SLA's and improve customer satisfaction
* Responsible for Workforce Planning
* Financials and Budgeting for your area
* Dealing with IT Contract suppliers

What will I bring?
* A Service Management, Service Desk-type background would suit this position well
* Ability to lead/manage a team of IT staff
* Finance/Budget Management experience
* Knowledge of Project/Programme Management
* A willingness to travel - once per month to Europe, for 2-3 days at a time
