Technical Project Co-ordinator (Automotive)
Oxfordshire

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and focused Technical Project Co-ordinator to support the administration of the Project team so that projects run to time, quality and budget.
Technical Project Co-ordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o To co-ordinate team individual work plans from design to implementation providing clarity of responsibilities and overseeing day to day progress to ensure that the team are on schedule to achieve milestones and target deadlines
o To highlight areas that could jeopardise delivery, manage queries, requests and proactively take responsibility for driving progress forward and bringing ideas to the team to help overcome and resolve challenges
o To support the Project Director as required and generally support the team with tasks and projects
o To plan and be actively involved in team meetings, taking responsibility for areas as requested
o To liaise and build relationships with clients, suppliers, manufacturers and to help resolve any issues as appropriate
o Participate with the team to ensure consistency and to continuously develop and improve methods and processes
o Collate any issues with systems and processes highlighting these as appropriate and providing suggestions for remedial action / enhancements
o To actively research new technologies and ideas as requested and contribute to the wider company objectives.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a great team player who has the passion to drive, deliver and support the Projects team with a strong attention to detail.

As a Technical Project Co-ordinator you will also need to have an enquiring and 'can do' approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop positive working relationships together with knowledge and experience with PLM / ERP systems and experience in supporting projects and tasks effectively.
